We want to hire an experienced, ambitious, and proactive Senior Manager Corporate Development to power the inorganic growth of our business. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership to source attractive targets, analyze their operations, develop relationships with sellers, and close acquisitions.

You will serve as a key player in representing Multiplier and developing relationships with the best boutique accounting and tax firms across Asia, Europe, and the US.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with analyzing financial statements and structuring acquisitions, curious to learn more about the legal aspects of deal making, and an all-round high-agency player.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
  • Work with our existing portfolio of firm leaders and other referral channels to meet ambitious firm leaders.
  • Develop relationships with firm leaders by clearly articulating the Multiplier value proposition, sharing materials / updates, hosting technology demo’s, etc.
  • Develop the Multiplier brand as a buyer of choice by coordinating marketing initiatives, organizing events, etc.
Structuring
  • Analyze financial statements of potential targets, interview management to build a deep understanding of the customer and services mix and build financial models.
  • Synthesize deal thesis for internal investment committees.
  • Walk prospective sellers through the deal structure and negotiate acquisition offers.
Due diligence / Closing
  • Coordinate legal and financial due diligence with external advisors, support sellers where needed with document collection and triaging requests.
  • Support signing and closing mechanics (signatures, board approvals, …).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in M&A advisory, management consulting, investment banking, private equity or related finance-oriented roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling financial modeling.
