A global leader in advisory services based in Singapore is seeking a legal profile to draft and review various documents and conduct client onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a degree in legal studies and between 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas. - Draft, prepare, review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents
- Liaise with clients and service providers
- Conduct client onboarding procedures including AML/CFT and KYC
- Provide administrative support in the corporate finance areas
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and research as required
- Transactional case management support
- Degree in legal studies
- 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas and analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution (NBFI)
- Possess practical understanding of APLMA‑based finance documentation, due diligence process and anti‑money laundering requirements – a plus
- Self‑motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English; second language preferred
