We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Director of Investor Relations (IR) to join our Finance team, based in Singapore.

Position Overview

The Director of Investor Relations will collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations to execute AvePoint’s investor relations strategy, serving as a key liaison between the company, its shareholders, the broader investment community, and financial media. With a specific focus on Asia-based investors and equity analysts, this individual will ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication of AvePoint’s financial performance, strategy, and long-term vision to this critical audience.

This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and corporate strategy, coupled with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Communication & Engagement
    • Support the development and management of AvePoint’s investor relations program, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC-based institutional investors and analysts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective shareholders.
  • Financial & Market Analysis
    • Monitor analyst reports, market trends, and peer company performance to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Legal teams to ensure accurate and timely investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports.
  • Corporate Messaging & Disclosure
    • Support the development of AvePoint’s IR materials, including quarterly earnings scripts, investor decks, FAQs, and press releases.
    • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, Nasdaq and SGX requirements, and disclosure best practices.
    • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency of external messaging across all channels.
  • Events & Investor Outreach
    • Organize APAC-based investor meetings, earnings calls, and participation in local investor conferences.
    • Prepare senior executives for investor meetings, Q&A sessions, and media interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and capital markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust with institutional investors, analysts, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
