Job summary
A corporate finance leader in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to enhance overall financial health and lead strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience and a strong understanding of PRC GAAP, with demonstrated leadership abilities to influence executives and manage investor relations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with robust project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of experiences.
- Familiarity with PRC GAAP is preferred.
- MNC experience is valuable.
- Strong integrity and commitment to compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the overall financial health of the company.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HQ policies and requirements.
- Maintain strong relations with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure sufficient funding for operational cash requirements.
- Ensure the company is in a healthy financial position.
- Assist the MD/CEO in managing shareholders and investor relations.
