• Oversee and provide strategic direction for the design, development, delivery and execution of best-in-class Compliance Assurance (Compliance testing, monitoring, surveillance, quality assurance) programme

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 20 years' experience in compliance, audit or other controls related function in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial sector laws, rules and regulations and business processes
• Extensive knowledge and strong expertise in the design and implementation of compliance programmes
• Highly motivated leader and team player
• Strong analytical, communication and people skills, ability to lead, influence and collaborate with people across different cultures and backgrounds
• Adaptable, resilient and passionate about making a difference
• Subject matter expert, experience dealing with complex issues, forward-looking, solutions-oriented, ability to be "hands-on"
