Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive EaaS business growth in emerging markets, with a primary focus on Cooling, Solar PV, and related solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country heads, engineering, and finance, to develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Develop and refine financial models to assess the commercial viability of EaaS projects.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including pricing, contract structuring, and risk assessment.
Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial projections for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective contract management processes to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
Collaborate with legal counsel to address legal and contractual issues.
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the Cooling, Solar PV, and related domains.
Experience in emerging markets.
Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
