Job summary

A leading facilities management company based in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. This role includes managing electrical systems, HVAC, inspections, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in operations management and be skilled in safety compliance and budget tracking. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office facilities operations, including electrical, HVAC, UPS, generator, lighting, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure all office systems are in proper working condition.
  • Support IT and server room infrastructure, including power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring.
  • Administer access control systems and provide after-hours support.
  • Oversee CCTV operations, including monitoring, footage retrieval, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and building management.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and audit standards.
  • Support office space planning, setup, and staff relocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with landlords, vendors, and internal departments on operational matters.
  • Track facility budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance records.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
