Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Oversight
- Conduct daily checks on deployment status, site readiness, and personnel attendance
- Maintain accurate records and archives across various schemes and programmes
- Serve as the first point of contact for client-related operational matters
- Monitor shared inboxes and comms channels to ensure prompt responses
2. Scheduling & Manpower Coordination
- Develop and manage monthly rosters to meet client requirements
- Handle change requests from both clients and staff in real-time
- Maintain manpower deployment sheets via Excel and external systems
- Support on-site audits, deployment reviews, and admin checks
- Identify trends in manpower demand for forward planning
3. Billing & Financial Process
- Verify shift records and cross-check reports with external partners
- Generate and submit billing requests accurately and promptly
- Track freelance and scheme-specific costs to ensure alignment with contract terms
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
