Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Oversight
  • Conduct daily checks on deployment status, site readiness, and personnel attendance
  • Maintain accurate records and archives across various schemes and programmes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client-related operational matters
  • Monitor shared inboxes and comms channels to ensure prompt responses
2. Scheduling & Manpower Coordination
  • Develop and manage monthly rosters to meet client requirements
  • Handle change requests from both clients and staff in real-time
  • Maintain manpower deployment sheets via Excel and external systems
  • Support on-site audits, deployment reviews, and admin checks
  • Identify trends in manpower demand for forward planning
3. Billing & Financial Process
  • Verify shift records and cross-check reports with external partners
  • Generate and submit billing requests accurately and promptly
  • Track freelance and scheme-specific costs to ensure alignment with contract terms
Preferred Qualifications
