A leading finance firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Assistant to manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including payments to local and overseas suppliers. The role involves supporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting activities, as well as assisting in audits. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Accountancy, relevant work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are essential. This position is based out of the Loyang office.
Accounts Assistant to handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function, inclusive of local and overseas suppliers payment. Support monthly, Quarter and Yearly closing activities. Prepare Balance Sheet audit schedule and assist with Internal and external audit activities.
