• Basic Up $4500 + VB + $200 monthly transport allowance (for car insurance) + travel reimbursement (e.g. petrol, parking)

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:00pm, Sat 8am-12pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Support the Head of Operations in managing daily tasks and responsibilities within the Operations Department.
• Collaborate with the Operations Administration and Sales & Marketing Departments to execute projects, including conducting site surveys, preparing design documentation (such as method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, fall prevention plans, and lifting plans) for submission, and coordinating manpower and logistics for the delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspection, shifting, troubleshooting, dismantling, and return of construction equipment.
• Implement operational systems and maintain close communication with customers to monitor progress at both site and workshop levels.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out in line with the contractual scope, customer requirements, and manufacturer specifications, and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation including service reports with photographs, completed work forms, and weekly inspection checklists.

You will need: -

• Min Diploma and above
• Class 3 License required and possess own vehicle
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings is a must
