We are currently looking for a Upstream Process Engineer to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Support and validate equipment layout for upstream systems (fermenters, inoculators, centrifuges, harvest skids) to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with automation team to review and optimize DeltaV batch sequencing, phase logic, and recipe control strategies .
• Bring hands-on GMP manufacturing floor experience to identify integration gaps and drive practical improvements.
• Support tech transfer , commissioning , and start-up activities for upstream processes. Drafting of PQ documents
• Draft and implement cleaning validation strategies for upstream equipment (CIP/SIP compliance).
• Ensure seamless coordination between physical equipment setup and automated process control.
• Role intended for candidates with operations or manufacturing experience , not design or R&D backgrounds.
