A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist in project and site management. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, supervising site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role offers a chance to work on diverse projects in a cooperative environment.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Class 3 driving license an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Assist PM/Site Manager/Engineer in project, site, and risk management.
- Coordinate and implement construction works per schedule and specifications.
- Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project matters.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Manage site operations, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
