1. Quantity take off for tender
2. Liaison with supplier & contractor to prepare costing for tender exercise
3. To source for quotations of equipment & materials needed for projects
4. Arrangement with supplier & contractor for delivery of product & services needed for projects
5. Arrangement / liaison with colleagues / vendors to ensure materials procured are fit for use
6. Capturing of variation orders for respective & different projects
7. Negotiation of variation with both client / main contractor and service providers
8. Preparation of quotations / tenders
9. Preparation of material submission for approval
10. Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual

Expectations:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, or more, in the construction industry in Singapore, particularly in M&E services
2. Experience & knowledge of M&E services and systems
3. Ability to read & interpret project specifications / drawings
4. Ability to read & interpret contract scope of works
5. Knowledge / understanding of building code of practices in Singapore
6. Knowledge / understanding of BCA Green Mark requirements
7. Knowledge of relevant service providers in the Singapore market is advantageous
8. Ability to read / understand architectural & structural drawings is advantageous
9. Ability to read BIM drawings is advantageous
10. Ability to do simple / basic AutoCAD sketches is advantageous
11. Ability to do simple hydraulic calculations (air/water) is advantageous
