Job Description

We are seeking a creative designer with an uncanny ability to translate thoughts into drawings. The role involves:

1. Producing scaled site plans and as-built drawings (Architectural / minor M&E)
2. Creating detailed, shop, and construction drawings
3. Liaising with supporting vendors alongside Senior Designer / Creative Director from project start to finish
4. Compiling completed as-built drawings
5. Developing and preparing drawings and designs from sketches and specification sheets
6. Ensuring timely project completion in collaboration with team members
7. Attending site meetings and conducting site measurements for drawings production
8. Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other modeling software
• Knowledge of UD and BCA requirements is advantageous
• Experience with interior decoration, finishing materials, furnishings, accessories, and artwork
• Knowledge of ergonomics design and drafting standards is advantageous
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Civil, or related fields (Nitec/ITC/Diploma/Degree)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
