A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide full secretarial support and manage daily activities. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This position offers a salary range of $4,500 to $5,800 and may involve frequent travel.
Qualificações
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry.
Proficient with MS Office.
Responsabilidades
Full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO.
Provide support to the daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangement.
Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials for the CEO.

Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications, etc.
