Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide full secretarial support and manage daily activities. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This position offers a salary range of $4,500 to $5,800 and may involve frequent travel.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry.
  • Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO.
  • Provide support to the daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangement.
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials for the CEO.
