A prominent hotel in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support its financial operations. The role includes assisting with month-end closing activities, managing bank reconciliations, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in accounting and 3-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, with familiarity in the hospitality industry being a plus. This position requires strong skills in SUN Accounting Systems and Microsoft Office.
Reporting to the Accountant, this role will be part of a cohesive team ensuring hotel’s smooth financial operations. On monthly basis, the role shall focus on supporting month-end closing activities, preparation of bank reconciliation as well as regular reports for submission to various stakeholders. On day-to-day basis, the role is expected to be liaising with various internal and external stakeholders on tasks related to Finance operations.
