Job summary

A leading laboratory services provider in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the processing of laboratory supplies. The role involves preparing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining supplier evaluations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Science and at least 1 year of related experience in a scientific environment. This position is located in Singapore and offers a collaborative working environment.

• Responsible for processing of routine laboratory supplies requisition.
• Prepare purchase orders for supplier quotations.
• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
• Responsible for order confirmation and follow up communication.
• Evaluate vendor quote and service to determine most desirable suppliers.
• Follow up with supplier evaluation and keep up to date records.
• Responsible for digitalization of procurement.
• Any other duties as assigned when required
