Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall brand business performance
• Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
• Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
• Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
• Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior
