Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations across Singapore and Hong Kong. This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial strategy, governance, compliance, and systems transformation to support the Company’s regional growth.

The CFO will work closely with senior management and regional teams to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and scalable finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end finance operations for Singapore and Hong Kong entities
  • Manage and mentor the Singapore and Hong Kong finance teams, including accountants and finance executives
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across regions
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore and Hong Kong statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Drive financial strategy, cost optimisation, and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Oversee and support the finance system transformation, including:
    • Current use of QuickBooks
    • Transition to Salesforce-integrated finance systems
  • Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Provide timely financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Support regional expansion, restructuring, or new business initiatives as required
Job Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen (role requires deep familiarity with Singapore regulatory frameworks and frequent interaction with local authorities)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including:
    • Senior leadership or Head of Finance / CFO-level exposure
    • Regional finance management experience covering multiple entities or countries
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Singapore and Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations
    • Statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
    • Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and involvement in finance system migration or ERP/CRM integration (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work with senior management
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
