Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement the group's overall financial strategy, overseeing core functions (financial planning, budget management, capital allocation) to support business expansion and risk control.

Build and manage the financial reporting system, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local regulatory requirements for disclosure.

Lead full-cycle M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects (including due diligence, valuation, transaction structure design, and post-merger integration) to drive business expansion through strategic acquisitions.

Formulate diversified financing strategies (equity, debt, etc.), engage with VC/PE institutions, strategic investors, and financial intermediaries to attract external funding and optimize capital structure.

Monitor capital market trends, evaluate financing costs, and execute fund-raising initiatives to support the company’s growth and project investment needs.

Manage the finance team and drive the upgrade of financial digital systems to enhance data-driven decision support capabilities.

Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure the company’s financial compliance and transparency.
