Job summary

A leading financial technology firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute comprehensive financial and capital strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance, with a proven track record in IPOs and M&A. This role requires strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage complex financial operations and compliance. Candidates with a Master’s degree or higher are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in investment banking, capital markets, or senior corporate finance roles.
  • Proven track record in IPOs, M&A, restructuring, or major financing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. capital market regulations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong capital-market acumen.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Group-wide financial and capital strategies to support sustainable growth.
  • Advise the Board on corporate strategy, financing structures, risk management, and capital deployment.
  • Lead capital operations, including equity and debt financing, fundraising, and M&A fund structuring.
  • Oversee overseas listing strategies in U.S., Hong Kong, and Singapore markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Drive investor relations, roadshows, and public market communications.
  • Manage group-wide financial planning, budgeting, consolidated reporting, and cross-border fund flows.
  • Lead tax planning, international compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Job Scope
  • Develop and execute Group-wide financial and capital strategies to support sustainable growth.
  • Advise the Board on corporate strategy, financing structures, risk management, and capital deployment.
  • Apply investment banking expertise to enhance governance and capital market readiness.
  • Lead capital operations, including equity and debt financing, fundraising, and M&A fund structuring.
  • Oversee overseas listing strategies in U.S., Hong Kong, and Singapore markets, with direct involvement in IPO and SPAC processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Drive investor relations, roadshows, and public market communications.
  • Manage group-wide financial planning, budgeting, consolidated reporting, and cross-border fund flows.
  • Lead tax planning, international compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, advancing digital finance systems and governance frameworks.
Job Requirements
  • Min with Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
