Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a growing hotel chain in Singapore. This role is critical in driving financial performance, governance, and long-term business sustainability across multiple hospitality assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the hotel group’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to drive sustainable growth
• Direct financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management to ensure accuracy and support operational decision-making
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Singapore financial regulations through effective governance and controls
• Deliver strategic financial insights to senior management to support business expansion, asset management, and operational efficiency improvements
• Manage audits, tax matters, and regulatory compliance to mitigate risks and uphold financial integrity
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing strategies, implement cost controls, and optimise profitability across hospitality assets
• Oversee finance team performance, internal controls, and financial systems to enhance operational effectiveness
• Support investment analysis, capital expenditure planning, and funding strategies to enable informed business decisions

Required competencies and certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) – mandatory
