Job Description:

  • Give the accounting and financial team supervision, leadership, and guidance.
  • Make strategic suggestions to the executive management team and the CEO.
  • Encourage the Group's budgeting and strategic planning efforts.
  • Encourage the creation of guidelines and practices that adhere to generally recognised accounting principles andbusiness policies that guarantee the implementation and observance of efficient internal controls
  • Oversee and guarantee that all legal entities are adhering to the applicable statutes and taxes.
  • Supervise all aspects of financial control, such as the examination and evaluation of monthly and quarterly reports and figures.
  • Assist project teams in aspects pertaining to finance, such as funding, assessment, tax structure, and financial due diligence.
  • In charge of communicating with tax agents, auditors, and other regulatory agencies and providing the essential information as needed
  • Oversee the Board and Investors' forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and consolidation.

Requirements:

  • Three years minimum of experience in an SGX-listed business
