A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial executive to lead strategic and management responsibilities. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in investment banking and strong capital-market acumen. Candidates should possess a Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and be fluent in English and Mandarin. This is a pivotal role involving oversight of capital operations and financial compliance, providing insights to the Board and managing investor relations.

Strategic and Management Responsibilities
Formulate and execute the Group’s financial and capital strategies to support sustainable growth.
Participate in overall corporate strategy decisions, providing the Board with insights on financing, structural optimization, risk management, and capital deployment.
Apply an investment banking perspective to strengthen corporate governance and accelerate the Group’s globalization and capital-market readiness.
Capital Operations and Investment Management
Lead the Group’s capital operations, including the design and execution of financing strategies, equity and debt financing, and M&A fund establishment.
Oversee the planning and implementation of overseas listing structures (e.g., Hong Kong / U.S. / Singapore markets).
Build and maintain strong partnerships with investment banks, brokerage firms, funds, auditors, and law firms.
Manage investor relations and strengthen the company’s capital image through roadshows, financing activities, and media presence.
Financial and Compliance Oversight
Oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, consolidated reporting, and cross-border fund management.
Conduct tax planning and international compliance management to ensure capital flow efficiency and risk control.
Guide and develop the finance team, advancing digital finance systems and group governance frameworks.
Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or senior corporate finance management.
Proven experience leading or participating in IPOs, M&A, restructuring, or financing projects; strong familiarity with Hong Kong and U.S. capital market regulations.
Strategic thinker with strong capital-market acumen and cross-cultural leadership skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin; capable of engaging at board and investor levels.
Candidates with established financing networks and capital-market relationships will be given priority.
