  • Manage relationships with investors, analysts, banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators.

  • Support the Board and Audit Committee on governance, risk, internal controls, and compliance matters.

  • Lead annual reporting, sustainability reporting (where applicable), and AGM processes.

Financial Operations & Project Controls
  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, reporting, consolidation, tax, treasury, and audit.

  • Strengthen project cost controls, margin analysis, WIP, variation orders, claims management, and revenue recognition (POC).

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial close and reporting across all entities and projects.

  • Implement robust financial systems, policies, and controls appropriate for a listed construction group.

  • Manage group treasury, working capital, banking facilities, bonding, guarantees, and cash flow optimisation.

  • Oversee financial risk management including credit risk, FX exposure, liquidity risk, and contract risk.
