A leading employment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, design strategies for growth, and manage budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a productive work environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualificações
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
Responsabilidades
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.

Requirements and skills
