Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives, managing end-to-end supplier partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments.
• Lead and develop 3PL warehouse staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve performance, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Serve as the key liaison for suppliers and customers regarding supply chain matters.
• Deep expertise in supply chain technologies, procurement strategies, and operational best practices, with hands‑on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) automation modules. Be prepared to learn quickly and adapt to the customized G7 logistics system.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with global industry regulations, certifications, and standards.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in supply chain management, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity within fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain functions and driving strategic improvements in work processes, structure, and comfort with transformation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment.
• Strong business acumen and hands‑on when required.
