One of the many plus points about being a General Manager is the fact that you’ll be involved in the workings of the company at every level. Experience in a specific sector could be an advantage on many occasions, but if you\'ve shown yourself to be an excellent General Manager in construction, for example, you could easily switch your skills to something like leisure, transport or food.
