Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing company.
• Ability to provide accounting guidance to overseas group companies.
• Experience supporting or managing invested companies under a regional headquarters structure.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and financial guidance to group companies.
• Support coordination and execution of financial internal audits.
• Assist in organizing regional accounting meetings and training programs.
• Support business management of regional sales companies.
• Review and approve operating expense payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and accounts receivable.
• Assist in managing statutory accounting audits.
• Prepare and submit financial and management reports.
• Support expense management for Japanese expatriates.
