A leading digital lifestyle telco in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the CEO Office to drive strategic projects and enhance operational effectiveness. This role involves managing CEO communications, facilitating leadership meetings, and research on market opportunities. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in dynamic environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Join a vibrant team committed to innovation and excellence in the telecommunication industry.
Founded in 2014, Circles is a global technology company reimagining the telco industry with its innovative SaaS platform, empowering telco operators worldwide to launch digital brands or refresh existing ones, accelerating their transformation into techcos. Circles partners with leading telco operators across multiple countries and continents, including KDDI Corporation, Etisalat Group (e&), AT&T, and Telkomsel, creating blueprints for future telco and digital experiences enjoyed by millions of consumers globally. Besides its SaaS business, Circles operates three other distinct businesses:
Circles is backed by renowned global investors, including Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia), Warburg Pincus, Founders Fund, and EDBI (the investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board), with a track record of backing industry challengers.
We are looking for a sharp, driven Associate/Senior Associate who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence for the CEO Office at Circles. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the leadership team, and business units across the company to drive high-impact projects, strengthen our company operating rhythm, and position Circles as a category creator and industry disruptor.
As an Associate/Senior Associate in the CEO Office, you will be the connective tissue of the organization: leading and managing execution of cross-functional initiatives, supporting the CEO in both strategy and operations, and enabling the leadership team to focus on what matters most. You will plug gaps across functions, drive alignment, and foster tighter collaboration across teams.
This role spans five core areas:
Manage communications where the CEO is directly involved (town halls, company-wide emails, staff recognition, investor and partner updates, LinkedIn, press releases).
Draft and distribute internal communications to keep the company informed, aligned, and motivated.
Collaborate with Marketing, People & Culture and relevant Business Units to ensure message clarity, consistency, and impact.
Support the CEO’s thought leadership and external positioning as an industry disruptor.
Plan, structure, and drive leadership meetings, account reviews and offsites with clear agendas, strong decision outcomes and tracked follow-ups.
Drive the company’s operating system (eg. Annual Business Planning) in line with the company’s North Star and critical priorities.
Build frameworks, processes and tools that help the leadership team operate at scale and speed.
Research and assess new market opportunities with actionable recommendations for the CEO, as well as represent the CEO Office in partner discussions, external projects and engagements.
Manage key external relationships, ensuring strong follow-up and sustained momentum.
Problem solve ambiguous, high-priority challenges across functions.
Step into “white space” projects that may not neatly sit within a single department.
Prepare decks, briefs, and materials for CEO’s internal and external engagements.
Anticipate CEO needs with the right context, data and narrative at hand.
Help prioritize the CEO’s time by filtering, focusing and escalating what matters most.
2–4 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and execution capabilities, with a bias for action.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global setup.
High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across all levels.
Adaptable, open-minded, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
Action-oriented and resourceful—willing to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus: Experience in matrix organizations and/or internal/external communications.
