Job description
Overview

The person in this position is responsible for providing administrative support for the various curriculum modules within the Programme of Learning in the Office of Education (OoE).

Responsibilities
  • Manage lab management and course operations, including day-to-day classroom activities.
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and students, ensuring the seamless execution of assigned courses. This includes assisting with cross-covering responsibilities and supporting other staff members responsible for different modules.
  • Manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems related to assigned courses or programmes, and communicate effectively with students and faculty.
  • Assist in compiling data for relevant reports and support the MD Programme faculty, staff, and students in processing claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across Office of Education and SingHealth in operationalising assigned longitudinal learning activities across phases.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by reporting officer.
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Prior work experience in an academic, healthcare or research environment would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
  • Possess effective communication and written skills, with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications that facilitate work operations, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
