An organisational development firm in Singapore is seeking a contract position to support initiatives in governance, strategic planning, and knowledge management. The jobholder will manage strategic planning and integrate systems across the organisation, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, a degree in relevant disciplines, and possess strong interpersonal and project management skills. The position involves both indoor work and attending external events.
The jobholder (2-year contract) supports the organisation in implementing effective organisational development initiatives such as strategic planning, knowledge and data management, and governance practices.
The incumbent is expected to work from between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. He/she is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, although he/she may be required to travel out of office to attend events and meetings.
