A leading staffing services company is seeking a General Manager cum Sales Director for Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role encompasses leading business development, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Lead overall business development and sales strategy across Singapore and SEA markets
Drive revenue growth in remittance, funds, brokerage, and CIS-related businesses
Manage and expand key client relationships, including HNW and institutional clients
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
Work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners
Willing to work extended hours when required to meet business objectives
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
(Banking, Securities, Private Banking, Asset Management, or related fields)
Strong background in funds, brokerage, remittance, or CIS products
Proven leadership and sales management experience
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)
Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Annual base salary: Approximately SGD 200,000
(SGD 15,000 – 16,000 per month + 13th month)
