General Manager cum Sales Director (Singapore & Southeast Asia)

Location: Bukit Timah / CBD, Singapore

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall business development and sales strategy across Singapore and SEA markets

  • Drive revenue growth in remittance, funds, brokerage, and CIS-related businesses

  • Manage and expand key client relationships, including HNW and institutional clients

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners

  • Willing to work extended hours when required to meet business objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
    (Banking, Securities, Private Banking, Asset Management, or related fields)

  • Strong background in funds, brokerage, remittance, or CIS products

  • Proven leadership and sales management experience

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual base salary: Approximately SGD 200,000
    (SGD 15,000 – 16,000 per month + 13th month)
