Job summary
A leading healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking an individual responsible for the timely processing of patient bills and claims. The role includes handling patient inquiries, providing administrative support, and participating in quality improvement projects. Candidates should have a diploma and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach. Relevant experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing of patient bills and claims.
- Check bill accuracies and review completeness of patient documents.
- Handle patient enquiries relating to bills and payments.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Participate in Quality Improvement projects.
Skills
Education
You are responsible for timeliness in processing of patient bills and claims, checking for bill accuracies and review completeness of patient documents for medical claims. In the course of your work, you will handle patient enquiries relating to bills, claims and payments. You will also provide administrative support to the department, be involved in Quality Improvement projects and End User System testing.
