The Assistant Manager for Digital Solutions will support the delivery of digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client value, and organisational innovation. This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to design, deliver, and scale digital solutions across the firm. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with consulting or strong understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to translate business challenges into impactful digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and involve in the planning, design, and execution of digital transformation programmes across business units.
  • Identify opportunities in automation, analytics, AI, and workflow optimisation to enhance service delivery and client experience.
  • Support end-to-end solution development including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and change management.
  • Contribute to digital innovation roadmaps and ensure alignment with firm-wide strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive adoption, train teams, and ensure sustainable operational integration.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, budgets, and performance metrics to measure project ROI and transformation impact.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support procurement decisions and technical assessments as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, automation tools (e.g., RPA), data analytics platforms, and AI-related solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments typical of professional services firms.
  • Strong project management abilities with proven success delivering enterprise-level digital initiatives.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development is highly preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, innovation, or similar roles (professional services experience preferred).
