A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, with 1–2 years of relevant sales experience. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing customer service, and collaborating with technical teams. Proficiency in English is essential, with a preference for Mandarin or Hindi skills. This position requires local travel and working from the Tuas office.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and acquiring new customers, while growing existing accounts.
Achieve and exceed targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth.
Contribute to regional business strategy, market planning, and annual business cycles.
Deliver value-added customer service and tailor innovative lubricant solutions to meet client needs.
Create and implement detailed account plans for current and potential customers and distributors.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance commentaries, and activity reports.
Manage accounts and credit processes in line with contractual terms and company policies.
Collaborate with the technical services team to provide customer support and advice.
Gather and leverage market intelligence to keep management informed of trends, competition, and customer sentiment.
Monitor regional budgets and ensure financial targets and controls are met.
Track customer feedback to enhance satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
Ensure full compliance with company HSSEQ, ethical standards, and internal procedures.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Maritime studies, or a related field.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the marine, lubricants, or related industrial sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Results-driven with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive business strategies.
Familiarity with marine lubricants and supply chain operations is an advantage.
Strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills.
Valid Class 3 Singapore Driver’s License (local travel required).
Willingness to travel regionally for business and client meetings.
Able to work from our Tuas office.
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or Hindi is highly preferred.
