A major toy manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an ERP & PELM Business Deployment Lead to oversee the transformation journey across its programs. You will manage deployment lifecycles, ensuring effective change management and training within teams. The ideal candidate has robust experience in orchestrating change programs and a solid understanding of product development and business processes. Deliverables: The role will support both the first milestones on ERP SAP 4/HANA and PELM transformations in 2027, as well as future leaps. Globally we are looking for different profiles with experience within Finance and E2E flow of goods, and also capabilities within Product development, BOM workflows and PELM.
The ERP and PELM Transformations are top business priorities of the LEGO Group. The critical transformations are led by two collaborative teams working in partnership; the global ERP Transformation Team and the global PELM Transformation Team. Both transformation programmes work globally in close collaboration with colleagues across the entire organization!
