Main Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify the growth areas of your business unit and drive the business by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Manage the full sales life cycle of our company's manpower services.
  • Nurture, grow and coach your team of Allied Health Professionals to ensure optimum service delivery and the satisfaction of your stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns (both digital and non-digital) to strengthen SG Rehab's positioning and expand market share of the locum therapy services division.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ITE in Business Management/Marketing and Advertising
  • Tenacious with a good dose of doggedness may apply.
  • Candidates with experience will be considered for a senior role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
