Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• To lead solution design, configuration, and implementation across finance, supply chain, and operations.
• To configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirement
• Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customization
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post‑go‑live support
• Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end Business Central projects.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional documentation
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or related systems (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM)
