Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
Lead and manage the sales and business development team
Drive performance across sales, margins, and receivables
Set KPIs, track performance, and provide coaching to team members
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key clients
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support project delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Present reports and updates in monthly management meetings
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any field (Engineering-related is a bonus)
8–10 years of B2B sales experience, including 3–4 years in a team lead or manager role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with drives, motors, automation, or electrical systems is an advantage
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others
