• Monitor and analyze OTC trading operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.


• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline OTC trade processes and resolve operational issues.


• Perform reconciliations and settlements for OTC trades in a timely manner.


• Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and OTC trading strategies.


• Generate reports and data analysis related to OTC trades for management review.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties and OTC trading platforms.


• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to OTC trading activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.


• Proven experience in OTC trading operations or financial services.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.


• Familiarity with OTC trading platforms and systems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in OTC trading.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
