Job summary

A leading enterprise IT company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Finance Support. In this hands-on role, you will partner with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions while driving process improvements and providing application support. The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in finance systems, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with various ERP platforms. Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst.
  • Strong exposure to finance systems and enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting BAU, application support, and change delivery.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions.
  • Support BAU operations, including incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT delivery teams, and support vendors.
  • Review and manage support tickets, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs.
  • Support system testing activities, including test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Overview

A large enterprise IT environment is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Finance Support) to support finance systems, BAU operations, and ongoing change initiatives. This role partners with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, drive process improvements, and support stable day-to-day operations.

This is a hands‑on senior BA role with strong exposure to ERP platforms, finance processes, stakeholder engagement, and application support.

Key Responsibilities
