Overview

A leading enterprise environment is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support finance systems, business transformation initiatives, and BAU enhancements. This role works closely with Finance, IT, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while driving process improvement and user-centric design.

This is a hands-on senior BA role, suitable for candidates experienced in ERP, enterprise finance platforms, and complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional / non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
  • Apply design thinking and user-centric approaches to shape effective solutions
  • Analyse and optimise end-to-end finance processes
  • Support enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, and BAU change requests
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions
  • Work closely with technical teams to support solution design and delivery
  • Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution
  • Coordinate with vendors or support teams to manage incidents and system changes
Required Experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
  • Strong background in finance systems and enterprise applications
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale IT environments
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Proven stakeholder management across business and technology teams
