Join a leading global insurer as a Business Analyst on a 6‑month contract, driving system enhancements and product‑related change across life insurance platforms. You’ll work closely with IT, Product, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support end‑to‑end delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business and product needs into clear, testable system requirements and user stories; support grooming and backlog management in an Agile environment
  • Lead and execute testing activities (test cases, execution, defect triage) for system enhancements, workflows, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, accurate requirement alignment, and successful release outcomes
Critical Requirements
  • 3+ years’ insurance industry experience with 2+ years in a Business Analyst / systems or testing role
  • Strong technical analysis skills - Requirements documentation, process mapping, system behaviour understanding, and hands‑on testing experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across large teams, influence stakeholders, and operate independently in an Agile setting
