Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in banking and payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and supporting project delivery through detailed analysis, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to discuss requirements, analyse dependencies, and support prioritisation.
• Elaborate user stories, manage backlog creation and grooming, and define acceptance criteria for testing.
• Communicate and explain user stories to technical teams, facilitating sprint planning and review sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills.
• Prepare detailed business and functional specifications (BRD/FSD) as required.
• Apply strong analytical thinking to assess market developments and incorporate evolving industry approaches.
• Demonstrate natural problem‑solving ability across complex business and technical scenarios.

Essential Requirements

• At least 12+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in banking and payments projects.
• Mandatory experience in Transaction Banking – Cash Management.
• Proven track record delivering projects using Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into structured, solvable components.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Finastra Products (Fusion Corporate Channels) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate payment products in the ASEAN region.
• Understanding of core banking systems.
