6 months contract Assistant Manager/Manager, HR Business Partner (Healthcare) #HZT
This role involves managing various HR functions within the healthcare sector, including recruitment, employee relations, and training coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform the recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, to onboarding new employees.
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process complies with SOPs.
- Work closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments.
- Implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes efficiently.
- Provide manpower reporting and analysis, including recruitment and attrition data.
- Engage regularly with line managers and Department Heads to understand and address ground issues.
- Offer solutions to issues raised by managers and collaborate with HR departments to implement them.
- Guide Department Heads in resolving employee relations issues.
- Plan and coordinate engagement sessions for DyCE and follow up on arising matters.
- Coordinate with L&D for course scheduling and nominations, including non-cluster courses aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Ability to manage high-volume activities and maintain data confidentiality
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT skills to handle large datasets
