Job summary
A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development. This role supports the Head of Department and collaborates with diagnostics service leads to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers an opportunity to lead initiatives that improve service delivery in primary healthcare settings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in large organizations.
- Ability to articulate key messages appropriately for stakeholders.
- Ability to identify root causes of variances and recommend action plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist HOD and BD manager in development of initiatives and projects.
- Establish, implement and maintain marketing/business outreach.
- Render administrative and professional support to business development.
