Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Singapore seeks to hire a professional to support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer. The role involves managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical IT systems, working closely with diverse stakeholders to gather user requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in developing the digital strategy and provide secretarial support for related projects and meetings. Job description
Overview

You will support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer (‘CMIO’) in the development, implementation and project management of the Electronic Medical Records (‘EMR’) and other clinical IT systems.

You will work with the various stakeholders such as clinical staff, IT partners and vendors on the user requirements, implementation and training needs of staff of the clinical IT systems.

In addition, you will support the Chief Data and Digital Officer (‘CDDO’) to manage the development of the Institute’s digital strategy plan. You will champion digitalization under the guidance of CDDO in the formulation of digital technologies and practices to advance business transformation for the institution.

You will also provide secretariat support for projects and meetings involving CMIO and CDDO.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Applicants with major in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information System, Industrial System Engineering & Management or related disciplines would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and overseeing clinical data governance activities. Experience in clinical information systems and IT project management in a healthcare setting would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and with different stakeholders.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
