  • Support the Senior Manager, Deputy Director, and Director in managing strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, and academia.
  • Coordinate and implement key MedTech initiatives across NHG institutions.
  • Facilitate the setup and execution of thematic partnership programmes.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential innovation projects/products for development and investment.
  • Organize and manage events such as SHBC and innovation showcases.
  • Drive inter-institutional collaboration on MedTech projects and programmes.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Contribute to the development of internal policies and processes for innovation and technology transfer.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare innovation, MedTech, startup support, or project management.
  • Familiarity with medical device development, healthcare product commercialization, or technology transfer is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
